The Gangster play; Circus, Circus
The Gangster Play; Circus, Circus is a devised theater piece that focuses on the individuals struggles in modern day America. The show explores an individuals view point while set in a circus tent. This highlights how each performer that lives under the tent can experience something drastically different from one another. I assisted in research, construction of the model box and was the paint charge for the show. This was a unique show to paint as I had to ensure that the fabric had the vibrant colors that the designer envisioned while also making sure that light could simultaneously make it through the fabric so the lighting designer could still achieve the looks they wanted, without the shadows of the tent interfering.
